First   

The machinery is mainly used in mining, for cavity of narrow work space in the mines of phosphorite, iron ore, copper ore, gold mine, lead zinc ore, and collecting of crushed stones, conveying and truck loading. It is a combination of manipulators and conveyors, and collecting & conveying functions are integrated in a machine. The equipment adopting motor driven all hydraulic control system, is safe, environmental friendly. It has the feature of low energy consumption and high efficiency. The machinery is advanced mining equipment absolutely necessary for mining enterprise, an alternative to workers and other machinery. Second

The power source is introduced from external 380 V three phase AC with power frequency. The whole machinery uses one servo motor and one motor driven drum. Total is 11.5 KW. One operator is enough.

Third

The machinery has four functions, hydraulic traveling, digging & collecting, conveying and loading. The function of hydraulic traveling is realized by hydraulic motor, reduction box, transmission shaft, and then reduction box driving. The hydraulic motor has three functions, forward, backward, automatic braking; the digging and collecting function is realized by manipulators. The manipulator realize digging, extending arm, loading and unloading by operating the handle. The big arm can ascend, descend and revolve in left and right. The operation of digging and collecting is of all hydraulic control, operated by six handles. Each handle controls two actions, and there are total twelve actions. The operation adopts advanced international technology, there is large digger operating process.
